By accessing and using Tech Hub Minnesota, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.
When submitting a listing, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep your listing information up to date
- Not submit duplicate or spam listings
- Not include misleading or fraudulent content
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing or content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
Billing
Premium features require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in our refund policy.
The Tech Hub Minnesota platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
